I'm not sure it's right to have airline agents laugh outloud ...for 5 minutes...when you explain you need to change your flight dates. Yeah, so what if I need to change a return flight to the second busiest travel day of the entire year...this is business not fun and games! I'm glad I made her day...and we got seats .... and not 5 or 6 am either.
